The Importance of Essential Fatty Acids

We hear about the two "power" oils Omega 3 & Omega 6 often in our modern culture.  Their presence in mainstream media encourages regular use in a regular nutrition regime.  What are benefits of incorporating Omega 3 & 6 oils into our diet and where can they be found?

Omega 3 Oils

Omega 3 oils are essential acids derived from fish such as salmon and tuna.  They are also found in algae, krill and some plants and nuts.  While they are necessary for human health, the body does not produce them.
The benefits of incorporating Omega 3 oils into your diet?  They reduce inflammation and are important in cognitive behavioral function.

Omega 6 Oils

Known as polyunsaturated fats, Omega 6 oils simulate hair and skin growth.  Like Omega 3 oils, the body does not produce them, but they are necessary for human health.  Omega 6 oils can be found in whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, olive oil and garlic.

In this video, Omega 3 & 6 oils are defined for their many health benefits.

Future Face US offers two products that approach Omega 3 & 6 internally-ELTEANS
and externally-IDELT MAJEUR.  Both products work well when taken alone, but even
better when taken together.
